Well today I weigh 13.1 I have lost 8lbs this month not lost what I was hoping to but I have not been following the diet as I should be lots of stress makes me eat....I just hope that I can sort out my head for next month
Well done to you all there have been some fantastic losses & we should all be proud of what we have achieved

I stayed the same this week, so 8lbs this month. Not what i was hoping for, but i weight over half a stone less than i did at the beginning of November, so i'll take that.

I'll be back for the January challenge to smash it

Forgot to update this on Saturday! I lost 3.2lb so I am only 0.2lb away from a stone for this month. I would have weighed myself today if i'd have been at home. Oh well, I hope there'll be a december challenge starting! Might even set it up myself
