    I lost 3 pound this week - week two. Not very happy as it could have been more. But as long the scale is going the wrong way I am ok. In the past I have been a very impatient looser - If I don't lose loads each week, I just go on a binge.

    I didn't do that this week so I guess I have moved on a step.
