Try adding some psyllium husk to your shakes/soups and you will go everyday.

Dulcolax capsules should short you out as a quick fix, but only take 2 max as they can have a strong effect.

I always buy my psyllium husks online from Healthspan (see link - thank you russiandoll!!!!) - I have been on SS for just over 4 months and am only half way through my second tub so it really is great value for money in my opinion.

Psyllium Husks Digestive Fibre - 300g tub

Like Lee says - maybe try the ducolaz perles to give things a kick start?

I hope you get things sorted ;)

Hi Anna, the blockage needs clearing first, and then use P Husks to help you be regular, if you are going to take a dulco, then only have one, other people have recommended Movicol, or something like that, for a pleasenter experience!
