    Carbs = 40.2drate
    of which sugars = 12.7g
    Total fat = 7.8
    of which saturates = 1.5
    Dietry fibre = 6.5
    Sodium = 0.1

    Per Serving - 1 meal = 40g = 143 kcal

    Sounds like you are putting this in WLR. I think that's all they need to know :)

    Because of the way it has been formulated - it IS safe for SS, honestly, they have done all the research.

    Less carbs than the bars. Remember, it's not a 'no carb' diet, or even a very low carb diet. 16g is fine. Only a fraction more than the normal CD shakes and soups. Nothing worrying;)

    Yes, but a piece of toast doesn't have a 1/3 of everything you need for the day :clap: And anyway, would you really stop at one piece of toast with nothing on it?
