Hi I don't mean to be a pain, but has anyone got the nutritional values of the porridge? I need to know the following so I can update my Fitbug nutrition data.

Less carbs than the bars. Remember, it's not a 'no carb' diet, or even a very low carb diet. 16g is fine. Only a fraction more than the normal CD shakes and soups. Nothing worrying;)

Yes, but a piece of toast doesn't have a 1/3 of everything you need for the day :clap: And anyway, would you really stop at one piece of toast with nothing on it?
