the plain oatsosimple is a B choice with a scan bran but beware of the even yummier flavoured ones cos they're not!!!

it was plain so i think i'm ok just had it on it's own.. so does that mean i have one and a half heb left on a red day lol

yum scan bran cake its delicious
or if you only have 1 scan bran its sorta like a ryvita
you can buy them in class or holland and barrett for just over a pound i think thats 10 in a packet, i think xxx

I had an Oatso Simple sachet for brekkie this morning, with a bit of Splenda sweetener. They're really nice aren't they. I just count it as an entire HEX B choice cos I don't have any Scan Bran to make up the last little bit.
