Hello all! Third time's a charm on Slimming World ;)

I've searched the forum and someone has asked this question before but it was quite a while ago and didn't really answer my question so let's try again. I know people drink Oatly because half the time it's sold out!

I drink Oatly instead of regular or soy milk. I can't figure out how much Oatly I can use as my healthy extra on Extra Easy. Can anyone help me?

Per 100ml, 45 kcal, Protein 1g, Carbohydrates 6.5g of which sugars 4g, Fat 1.5g of which saturated 0.2g, Fiber 0.8g, Calcium 120mg

Thank you all SO much!

Can't see Oatly in the HEA list on the website so doesn't look like it is a HEA. However found the syn values for the following products for you.

Healthy Oat Drink, Dairy-Free Alternative, Chocolate, ambient, 100ml 3 syns all plans

Healthy Oat Drink, Dairy-Free Alternative, Enriched with Vitamins & Calcium, ambient, 100ml 2½ syns all plans

Healthy Oat Drink, Dairy-Free Alternative, Organic, ambient, 100ml 2 syns all plans

Thanks very much for that, would love to be able to use it as a HE because I don't really 'do' dairy and this is my calcium for the day. Definitely appreciate the syn values - thanks!

Just wanted to check is chocolate Oatly still a HEA? Just seems a bit too good to be true and don't want to run out and buy it incase they realised between this post and now that chocolate milk as a HEA is madness?! :) x
