The pots that you add water to have never been a HEB hun as they include powdered milk and sugar. Last time I looked they were about 9 syns each for the plain one but you can just 1 syn for every 20 calories to work it out.

The sachets are no longer on the HEB list but you can use 35g of any plain porridge oats :)
