Oats so simple

Hi, I think I read somewhere that Oats so Simple is no longer a HExB choice. Is this correct?
I'm talking about the instant pots, just add water?
If not, can you tell me how many syns?

The pots that you add water to have never been a HEB hun as they include powdered milk and sugar. Last time I looked they were about 9 syns each for the plain one but you can just 1 syn for every 20 calories to work it out.

The sachets are no longer on the HEB list but you can use 35g of any plain porridge oats
