I have about 9 stone too lose and can't imagine what I would look like with nearly 50% of me gone! Good luck to you Katy, I start tomorrow on the Cambridge Plan and am so very determined to do it this time, I've just lost my Nan and she always worried about my weight so this is the kick I need.
