Do you know what's even worse Morrigan? I noticed that someone had tidied it up!

Well done on the losses so far everyone. I'm determined that October will be the month I get over my mental block.

I weighed in today and have lost a pound - which means I currently weigh 10 stone and have reached target!!

I do intend to move the goalposts but for this one week I am going to stay at target and recognise how far I have come in one year. From a very unhappy size 18 who cried on a regular basis through disgust and frustration to a size 10/12 bride-to-be who is starting to feel pretty again. Today is a happy day!
