Don't beat yourself up too much. Firstly, it may not be as bad as you think and secondly, even if it is you can't do nowt about it. Just draw a line under it and start again xx
People who don't gain once in a while are few and far between. Get the wi over with and get right back on plan. It may not even be as bad as you think. Good luck x x

I gained half a pound but I'm a lot heavier than you so should have lost really... I didn't think I was bothered but this and other stuff tonight has put me in a right old mood.
