Oh dear please help!

Hi, I thought all cottage cheese was free on SW but I realised its only fat free an them that are low in syns.

I've just had 2 tblespn of cottage cheese on my jaket pot!

Can anyone tell me roughly what the syn value would be please?!

We could only tell you that if you could let us know what brand of cottage cheese it is, and also give the fat content.

hi it was longley farm cc and the fat content is 6.0g xx
