Oh dear :(

I've started CD (again) and managed to do 5 days which is the most I've ever managed. But then I came home from work last night and properly stuffed my face. I'm so annoyed with myself :mad: :(

I know why I went wrong. I stupidly forgot my shakes at home so I went all day without having one...I guess at least I know that I have t make sure I have the shakes on time.

Anyway back on... I am so determined to stick to it!
 
Well done for understanding why it happened and how to stop it happening again! It would be so easy to beat yourself up over it but just draw a line under it and carry on. Tomorrow is another day!

Like you say no point in beating myself up...can't change the past.

Had a shake, a bar and a soup and it actually feels like I'm eating today not just drinking vile tasting shakes (I really can't stand the shakes...especially the vanilla one *shudder*)
