sorry somehow i was replying and started a new post... sorry!

i have just found out after 3 lovely asda canned vegatable balti that they are not as free as i thought!
 
The Asda chickpea Dhal isnt free either Hun...if you check with the syns calculator online, it is 3.5 syns. Worth it though!
