    Oh poo, was meant to start my cd today but was in work and realised I'd left my shake at home!:cry:Roll on tomorrow!

    As for actual advice I keep a small supply at work (or in my handbag depending on where I am working) which means that even if I do forget I have that back up. It has rescued my diet quite a few times...
