oh well here goes again

Do not know why but I really cannot pull myself around to slim, so today I am going to try again, I'm going on holiday in 7 weeks and if I could lose a stone I would be well happy.
I've just stocked up on slim fast and oats so simple, so 2 shakes and a breakfast pack and a couple of pieces of fruit lets see how I go.
Today I weigh 103.3kgs I will weigh myself next Monday, OMG I have been saying this since 2008 just looked at my ticker info.... I need a good kick up my ass..........
