Oh Yes here it is - Xmas Challange

Just come back of my hols and now it head down ready for the next stage of my weight loss.

I am so determined not to be as overweight as last year, plus I am 40 just after christmas so dont want to look horrible for that either.

So I am putting it out there that I am going to lose 28lbs for christmas.

First weigh in on 10th Aug. Come onnnnnnnnn !!!

ill join you on that, iv got my first wedding dress fitting on december 6th, so i need to loose about 7 stone by then ! as that wont happen im happy with 30lbs and the rest can come next year!

I've just restarted WW. I'd be happy with a stone by Christmas, though would like more, but I need to be realistic.
