OK here goes how scarey!!

Hi, another newbie about to start on lipotrim. First day today and am drinking some water first and plan to have my shake around 9:30. My weight is ermm well hardly ideal 117Kg which in old money is 18stone 6 pounds. At 5'4 that means I need to cut my weight nearly in half :eek:.
I am soooo going to need something like this to keep me on track. I had a chinese and a bottle of wine last night...like a last supper and my sons can't get their head around the fact I am not going to be eating.
Before reading your site I had quite a negative feeling underneath all this. I sort of knew I wanted to do it but not certain about it and how long and probably subconsciously thinking about failure already due to previous dieting experiences....but you lot are an inspiration and I feel more positive already....but also am not blind to how challenging this is likely to be...wish me luck:p

Everyone on here is really fantastic, always here to encourage and keep you on track or solve problems. You have made a great choice for yourself and remember to feel good about this! You can do this, forget past experiences of failure.

Set yourself some mini goals like with water and perhaps clothes you might want to fit back into and as soon as you have your first week weigh in and start achieving these you'll look back at this post and have a giggle!

Good luck with lipotrim not to sure how that one works as i am on Cambridge Diet.You have come to the best place for help support and advise.You might like to post a thread in the lipotrim section to gain even more support as those guys will know more about your particular diet and what yoiu will be going thru.Again good luck and keep posting :welcome::welcome::welcome:
Hi and welcome. Good luck with LT. There are many people on here who have lost weight on LT including our own Mini. Have mini targets which are easily reached eg 7 lb. Perhaps start a thread in the LT section so members can help and support you through your journey.

Thank you for your welcomes x Am on day 2 now..found day 1 really hard but day2 back at work it all seemd a bit easier..just seeing all those trips to the loo as added exercise. Keep going everyone.:D
Thanks all am on day 5 now and feeling pretty good..my jeans are already more comfy and a skirt I brought and couldn't do up now does up something must be working.
