Hi everyone!..

Im back again!..I finally feel Im now officially fat enough to explode..lol...

I lost 3 and half stone back in 2008...but its taken me till now to put back 4st so Im now 21st!! OUCH, OMG!!

Ive started SS today as have 8 shakes left over...and so my first weigh in is next Monday...I will then do SS+

I want in theory to lose 8st!.. Ive always wanted to be 12st 13Ibs.. meaning not in the TEENS!!! but Im taking it one day at a time and lets hope the weight melts away!! will keep u all updated!

You CAN do it Emma!!! I'm in the same position where I lost 5 stone then put 3 back on, but hey, we're back so lets get this plan on!!!!!! x
