So I know this has probably been asked a hundred times but I'm having a bit of dilema and I need some help.

Does anyone know what the difference in weight loss will be between doing ss and ss+? I know its early days so there might not be a definte answer but I'm really considering switching to ss+ but not if the weight loss is going to slow up loads i.e can you still look at losing 1stone a month?

    Can anyone help?

    Thanks

The weightloss on 790 was almost the same as SS and SS+ is only 615 cals so don't worry:)

You must however stick to one or the other of the SS+ options you cannot change from day to day.

Yes thanks. I've been having the meal but it just seemed huge in comparison to aamw portions. Perhaps I'll stick the week out and see.

    Thanks for the help.
