Old el Paso salsa

Hi all,

Does anyone know the syn value for the small jars of Old El Paso salsa please? I can find loads of stuff on the dinner kits but not on this :-( I use it in a beef noodle casserole which I'm trying to convert to syn free on EE lol.

Oh that's brilliant! I use a whole jar but it's all mixed in a casserole in my slow cooker for two people. Phew! Shouldn't have to SW adjust that recipie too much!
