I have started the old weight watchers diet ......couldnt get my head round the pro points
I have added up my daily intake , 22 points , but I cant remeber weather we are allowed extra points on the old weight watchers
 
Hi srob. If you are on 22 points per day then that's it. There is no weekly point allowance. However you could save up to 4 points per day to use elsewhere in the week but all carried-over points must be used in that week.
 
How are you pointing foods meaning what are you using as a guide pleaseeeeee x
 
You can use an old shopping guide that you may be able to pick up on eBay, I think there are a few basic lists on here. Otherwise the formula is (calories ÷ 70) + (saturated fats ÷ 4) = points (which you will need to round up or down to the nearest half point)
