Very easy mix 3 eggs or how ever many you want( i tend to use 1 whole egg and two egg whites), whisk and then pour into a hot non stick pan(sprays with a little fry light if you want). Leave to cook until it sets and looks a little more together, then you can add veggies or fat free cottage cheese in the middle and then fold in half, turn the heat down and leave so the center cooks :D

Its really nice and if you let it cook out the water will come out of it and it will get a texture of melted cheese almost. Its great, what i lived off when i lost the first stone in jan before i went to sw :D. Just got a little boring in the end and i was thinking i would slip hence me joining sw lol
