I agree with sonya 100% you need to erase this from your memory. Pretend it was a dream and put it behind you. The last thing you need to do is dwell on it and feel guilty.

im on lipotrim 5 days however on my 3rd day i had weetabix, 3 biscuits and pasta. Once I started eatin I couldnt stop, but after it I felt so awful I wont let it happen again. Does anyone know how much this will affect my results at weigh in on sunday???

Totally agree with what Sonya said. Just forget about it now. Try not to think about it. Dont feel guilty... you are human honey. Guilt might lead you to eating more so put it down to experience and think about it... was it worth it? If not then remember that the next time you are tempted.

Hey hun,

Don't let it get you down or let you lose sight of what you're doing. The demons in our heads are dangerous...and there's that feeling 'oh I've failed... I might as well pack it in'....well don't listen to those voices. You're doing amazingly...you've lost loads of weight and in the grand scheme of things it's nothing. I doubt it will even affect your losses this week. Chin up....and reach for those shakey shakes!
