    Good Afternoon

Day 4 nearly over on EE - finding the diet mostly easy, although struggling with syns.... and chronic wind!

I am frightened to stand up from my desk!

Does this pass as my body gets used to the fruit and veg?

    Thanks
    Helen

    Hi Helen! :)
Good luck with your first week! I'm pleased to say the answer is yes, had the exact same problem for the first few weeks but then it dawned on me it had stopped and i hadn't even noticed!

I've got to say I've been doing this diet since January.. And it's not gotten any better for me.. I never used to before and now well.. It's an effort trying to make sure the H2B is never faced with it :) mystery and all that! :)

It does ease off after a few weeks, although even now 3 months later I still get the odd day where I could gas out a rugby team!:D

    Love tokens - like it.

I must admit it is getting a bit uncomfortable and gonna be embarassing soon if I don't get this under control!

I'm thinking it is either the bananasm or the alpen light bars. Gonna try tomorrow with neither of those, and see if there is any improvement.

I feel like there is a little person inside me thumping me from the insides !

The alpen lights are the worst culprit! Chocolate fibre plus bars and tastier (IMHO) and slightly, emphasis on slightly!! better

The worst culprit by far is the speed soup!
