    :eek: OMG I can't quite get my head around this........ I have pigged out for Christmas, chocs, sweets, crisps, roast dinners, cheese straws, 2 christmas dinners and I have just stepped on the scales to see what damage I have done and you could off picked me up from the floor. I have stayed the same now I have jumped on and off 3 times and the weight says the same every time.

    I didn't watch my calories at all, but I didn't have any christmas pudding which I normally do or Christmas cake but everything else including the frozen strawberries and frozen fresh cream cakes.

    This has made me a bit happier I was dreading the scales but not so bad.

    Just thought I would share my news....... :D:D:D:D:D:D
