sorry to sound dramatic lol

BUT

I been struggling as you know :)

anyway introduced chicken in yesterday and i had few slices of cucumber and mayo, drank 4.5 litres of water (bout average for me)..

weighed this morning and i am 2 pounds down?

wooohooo

how? when i been ssing and not lost ?

i cant beleive it i am so chuffed, so glad i never caved in..

please explain it to me though whats happened? :D:D:D:D

That's great news - well done! Could it also have something to do with TOTM or so...?

Very interested in the mayo bit... I've re-introduced chicken/turkey breast because I was getting too dizzy and tired, but am getting bored of tabasco sauce... Are we allowed a bit of mayo on CD...? Probably too good to be true...

Hi, prob not allowed mayo on cdc, but you can have it on atkins cus of the lack of carbs in it.. i only had a t spoon enough for 4 slices of cucumber :)
