I needed less sleep on LT.......think its cos I wasnt full up on carbs...which make you really slugglish.........raging hangovers from redwine and takeaway were also eliminated.....just had far more energy.....

Now am awake at at 5.30 with baby kicking me in the ribs!! LOL....

This is only my 2nd day but I must say I have been up since 7.30am not sure why, as I hate getting up early on the wkend. must be lack of crap food..

woke up didnt feel hungry so will have shake later on. can feel a headache coming on so have taken my aspirin now, tummy kept me awake last night with all the strange noises lol. Fell asleep dreaming of LT and how much weight I will lose lol...

On the postive side it probably means your are burning more calories which means more weight loss....
