im am not the best of cooks and was wondering how to make an omlette the sw way ?

im am not the best of cooks and was wondering how to make an omlette the sw way ?

I love omelettes- I slice mushrooms, red onions etc .

Then frylight (a few sprays) a smallish non-stick frying pan and cook the veg til soft.
In a jug I whisk 2-3 eggs and a dash of my HEA milk. I add salt & pepper or sometimes soy sauce (a dash)

Then I pour this on top.

I then place it under my grill to finish!

If I have any cheese on a HEA I grate this on top and melt under the grill

Sometimes I blob cottage cheese in and melt - yum
