I'm on my hols and really struggling to stay on track. I'm not in control of things like I am when at home and paranoid about putting loads of weight on. I've lost 1 1/2st and got 2 1/2maybe bit more to go.
What I did was point breakfast and lunch and had some dinners that I made and just a few eat out meals,think had four in a week and only had a small gain :0)
