Good Morning
I've got some natural yogurt that needs using up. Anyone have any ideas what I can do with it?
x

Add some crushed garlic, grated cucumber (squeeze the water out), mint and a little lemon juice and you have some lovely tzatziki. Great with meat, fish, pitta or crudités.

Great idea :) I used to buy some turkey slices so I guess you could use them too? Thanks for the idea x

I wanted to make your mackerel pate today but I didn't have all the ingredients so I used onions instead of spring onions, quark instead of fromage frais and I only had half of a left over lemon so I used it and grated some zest in as well.......It was absolutely fantastic
