Has anyone got tips on taking the shakes on the go?

It really annoys me that I have to take the shake in 15mins after making it... when I'm running from one location/ meeting to another I avoid the shakes as I don't have a blender and without it its all just yucky!

Yesterday I didn't have a second shake until late evening, and didn't bother with making a third. I'm on day 5 now and would rather live on water than have the shakes, all of them make me gag!! :(

Why do I need to have it in 15mins?:confused: Any tips for people on the go?? X
 
Hi, I tend to not have a shake in the go for that reason :-(, when you get to week 3 you can have the horrid flap jacks which are rank but easier on the go. The shakes loose there vitamins etc after 15 mins that's why they say to drink it quick. I tend to have one before work now and get thru the day and have one for dinner and one before bed. I've just got the shaker not sure how good it is !
 
I use the shaker on the go. Dead easy. Have even been in a lunch meeting and used it. Just use some of the bottled water and sorted. You really need use all 3 shakes per day as they are formulated to provide all vitamins and nutrients etc. please don't skip. It won't help. Might even make you stop because you don't feel we'll. good luck!
 
Yep, I also love the 'on the go' factor and also carry water, shakes and shaker about. I make them up and get it down really quick. I used to try savour them at the beginning but as time moved on I didn't need to. They fill the hole and I just get on with whatever is going on :)
 
I always find putting it into a water bottle with a sports cap helps if your out too, i have the powder in the empty sports bottle then just grab a bottle of water from a shop - thats been chilled and cold. Pour some water into the bottle and shake it in there, the sports cap catches all the little lumps and doesnt let them through, so this helps me. means it looks semi normal, and can just throw the bottle away afterwards if u dont want to have to reuse your shaky cup throughout the day and dont get a chance to wash it in between.

I never thought of having the powder in a bottle ready to go. i hate having to mess about and rinse the shaker while out and about or leaving it in a bag and washing it hours later at home, its rotten! Missy you're a genius :)
