I never used to be like this and that's how I got to almost 22 stone, I just feel like things have clicked for me with this diet and I am so determined to do it - but I honestly think that it has been 50% my determination and 50% support from you lovely ladies. If I had been doing this without minimins I would have given up by now. I just love a challenge and being able to talk about it all the time keeps me going!

Agree wiv Carly, if we don't eat all dailies/weeklies we will hav nowhere to go wen we reach a plateau. Think the more we exercise the more we will lose. Saw a thread b4 for diet coke & diet iron bru chicken. Luked nice, has anyone tried it? X

Gail, I saw that too. Bought some coke for chicken but was so shocked that a 2 litre bottle was nearly £2. That was from sainsburys & they dint ave cans on offer :( think the irn bru might be bit too sweet & sickly.

Yep Im here still lurking around, Cody is not well, got a stomach bug, then it was husbands birthday and yesterday I had a meeting for bodyshop... so busy day, didn't sit down till like 1am, then cody turned ill.... she flat out on the sofa :(

Not tried this myself but found recipe for diet chicken:
500ml diet coke
4 tablespoons passata (approx)
Worcester sauce (splash)
Chicken
Onion
Pepper (any colour)

Dice onion, pepper & chicken breasts
Cook chicken til nearly cooked then add coke & passata
Let simmer for 20-30 mins

Keep an eye on it cos sauce soon turns sticky. Tastes like a light BBQ sauce.

Well ladies coca- cola chicken was delicioso. We all loved it. Recipe just like Gail said but remember to season. I was lettin it just bubble away nicely. It looked bit watery & I'm thinkin what the heck ave I done wrong here? Then all of a sudden, bam, thick as owt. Lovely

Just think of me as a lil ww angel on ur shoulder lol. Well done for another gud day. Wen I cum in from work is a weak spot 4 me 2, try salt & vinegar snack a jacks wiv phil cheese. Defo try banana on caramel ones it's yummy and if u hav the points put a teaspoon of spray cream - can pretend its banoffee pie. Tell u wot I had earlier that was yum, dairylea nacho Dunkers, only 3 points and took a while 2 eat. Gud thinking for mil, I'm sure she will understand, especially after Zaks tooth. Glad u njoyed chicken will giv it a try next week. DAY 3 - DONE!!!
I will hav to b really careful tomorrow. Hubby away in morn til late Thursday night and always find it hard not to comfort eat wen he's away. Got meals planned tho so hopefully will b ok xxxx
 
Only think I'd do diff I think is add a bit more tomato passata or maybe Tom purée.
Lovin the idea of a banofee pie. Do WW do a squirty cream? Or maybe cud add Greek yog or fromage frais or summat.
When my OH away I do the same, nibble on stuff. I think it's cos I ant got him watching me. Keep busy wi bubble bath or nail painting or summat. Just a little tip I picked up off a special friend ;) I also bought myself a face mask & popped that on yest. I didn't fancy owt wi my face all stiff & clayey.

The diet coke chicken recipe I had had Chinese 5 spice in... Never did get round to making it

I also have one for tomato sauce chicken (very yummy!) - remind me lol

Okay so I've had my first weigh in after xmas tonight and I lost 4lbs :mad:. But that is since before xmas - on my scales I had lost 7lbs. Not happy. I've drunk loads of water today as first day back at work and felt heavy so hopefully 3lbs off next week!

I'm going to make a point of eating all my points this week and i'm pushing the exercise again - off to aqua aerobics tomorrow night!

Need to plan well as I'm off to London on wedensday afternoon for a training course on Thursday! "Working with multiple bosses". Joy. Lots of time on the train and I've got to be good!

How's everyone else doing?

4lb is a brilliant loss petal!!! U should be really proud!! And that 3lb will show next week

I've eaten all my weeklies and stayed within dailies today... 3 more days of just dailies and hopefully the gym on all 3 :) hoping for a good loss :D x

Well dun Emms that's fab! Dont worry about the other 3lb it will b the water, especially if u don't normally drink it b4 wi. Think planning and knowing vulnerable times is key. My hubby is away wiv work til Thursday night and I always find it hard 2 stay on track wen he's not here. Planned everything tho & bin angel upto now. Keep ur fingers crossed that it lasts. Njoy aquafit! Xxxgailxxx
