    dunno if there allowed though, so dont try them without checking 1st!!

    i'm craving weird things too, well not a weir as an onion, but really want some cereal, with fresh cold milk!! x

    Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but leeks aren't allowed as they are from the onion family (high carbs) :(

    i've got a question too. since we are allowed to use Tabasco, can we also eat bell peppers on SS+??

    Tabasco isn't allowed. Some people have it without a problem, but it's not allowed really

    hm, my friend told me it's allowed. she was doing lighter life though. But I started using Tabasco sometime in my second month of CD, and since then, I've lost quite a lot of weight, and I'm in ketosis all this time, so I guess it's ok for me.. hmm.
