ok so I took a look at the formula on wiki.. if you want to hard add something to your favourites:

1pp = 2.7 Protein, 2.3 Carbs, 0.9 Fat, 8.8 Fibre
2pp = 5.4 protein, 4.6 carbs, 1.8 fat, 17.6 fibre
3pp = 8.1 Protein, 6.9 carbs, 2.7 fat, 26.4 fibre
4pp = 10.8 Protein, 9.2 carbs, 3.6 fat, 35.2 fibre
5pp = 13.5 Protein, 11.5 carbs, 4.5 fat, 44 fibre

i tested all 5 of them and they work fine. and if you multiply them they will multiply "correctly" eg 2 + 2 = 4
 
Do you count the biscuit AND the milk as 2pps? If so you could put in your 50ml of milk and find a 1 point biscuit and then save them both as a meal (ie M&S Milk & Biscuit) then you only have to put one item in each day. (a ginger nut is down as 1 - I love ginger nuts and didn't know they were low but could I stop at 1?)
 
You can just add an item if you know the points for it. There's a box at the bottom of the tracker that you just input the name of the food and it's points.
 
ive just joined the monthly pass thing omg isnt there loads of info to go through lol, think im gonna put my youngest to bed and have some time with it lol x
 
I still haven't looked at it all!
