I've been with sw for a little while now.. But a bit disappointed at the lack of stuff I got through the post- in fact, the only thing I have received are my magazines which I described for..

Was I meant to get something in the post? Or do you only get the starter pack with the group membership?

Everything you need is online, that's why they only send you the magazines. You'd only receive the starter pack at meetings.

I think the diet is brilliant. The online service was a total rip off imho.

I found the online service confusing.
I think it's because I didn't believe the plan and was so used to other diets where I felt I had to weigh everything and on SW online there's nowhere for quantities!
