only 1.5lb not 3lb!!!!

Got weighed today and i actually only lost 1.5lbs not 3lbs!!! :cry:

Definatly need to drink more....at least i didnt gain!!!
 
dont let it get you down, its still a fat loss :) try sparkling water, it works for me and i dont get any water retention from it, its helps me drink more, if i stick to still water i'd have about 2 pints! ;)
