I joined slimming world on monday! Thought id start join in with the food diaries :D Cant really remember what ive ate through the week so thought id start from todays :eek:

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST: Alpaen Light Cereal Bar
SNACK: Banana, Cherries, Tangerine x2
LUNCH: Rice, Onion, Lettuce, Sweetcorn
DINNER: Cod Fillet & Rice
EVENING SNACK: Cherries, Banana, Tangerine x2 Grapes covered in FF Natural Yogurt
