I joined slimming world on monday! Thought id start join in with the food diaries Cant really remember what ive ate through the week so thought id start from todays
FRIDAY
BREAKFAST: Alpaen Light Cereal Bar
SNACK: Banana, Cherries, Tangerine x2
LUNCH: Rice, Onion, Lettuce, Sweetcorn
DINNER: Cod Fillet & Rice
EVENING SNACK: Cherries, Banana, Tangerine x2 Grapes covered in FF Natural Yogurt
