Starting again Nov 17 And again in 2018....

Day 1 breakfast
Baked oats ( made 6 for throughout the day) 1/2 syn for choc shot
Fruit salad with 1/2 syn honey
1/3 banana, strawberries, grapes and apple

Lunch
Baked potato
Heinz creationz chilli beans
Fruit salad

Snack
Banana

Dinner
Salmon
Veggies

Hi Denise nice to see you back and great motivations for getting back on track. I lost the plot a but too and am now panicking to get ready for a new job starting next week.

Didn’t update anything yesterday but I was rubbish with my food and rubbish again today. Agghhh why is it so difficult to commit, I want to be healthy and I want to lose the weight but can’t seem to put it into action.....what is wrong with me.....

I am going running tonight with the local group, hopefully I can be on plan tomorrow I suppose if I keep trying I’ll eventually do it x
