Ive been on and off cambridge for a few years now. Had a bit of success last year and lost 5 stone in 4months then life got in the way and ive regained some but not all of it. I need to lose around 9stone and am a bit lost at the mo as to which diet to follow. I must admit if i could afford it id be having surgery.
