have just got back from first weigh in after xmas, well i say xmas, but its been, xmas eve, xmas day, boxing day, 35th birthay, 2 pub quizes and a staff night out
i suppose i shouldnt really be that amazed that i have gaind 5 and a half pounds this week how ever i am finding it hard to get back into the plan even tho doing extra easy, dont think all the xmas stuff still hangin round helps :(
any one any ideas on tips for how to get motivation back:cry:

Come on - it's a nice fresh start now.
Ok, you put on a few pounds. If you hadn't been to SW before Xmas, you'd still have put those pounds on. The difference is that you started from a healthier weight to start off with, and you have the knowledge and support to get straight back into eating scrummy healthy food either today, or from the start to 2010.

Get your books out, have a read through again to remind yourself of all the free-foods that you can eat, make a menu for the week, and do a shop so you have all the healthy foods in store that you need.

We can do this! By the time spring comes round that gain will be a dim and distant memory and you'll be back to your slimmer, healthier self.
