Confessions of a slimming world member...

Have just eaten at Nando's for a works do and had a glass of wine, some rice, a mushroom and halloumi cheese burger and peri peri chips...

I know it was naughty but it was sooooo good!

Has anyone any idea how many syns I've consumed?:eek:

I have no idea but whatever it is it's done and just brush it off and start afresh tomorrow. Were all human and these things happen - whats important is how we get back on track.
As long as you enjoyed it then it was worth it.

Flexi the lot, don't feel bad as you had a good time, and if you have been good for the past and coming week it will cause you no problems in the slightest, In fact if you have been strict over the last month it might have given your met rate a boost.

Drink loads of water over the next week and loads of fibre this should be a good detox and get you back on track.

Oh by the way thats 50 hail mary's and confession three times a day for the month.

Get walking and doing some exercise to make up for it :) It's always good to treat yourself!
