I was a total dingbat and had breakfast (vanilla shake), lunch (another vanilla shake) and dinner (orange bar) ALL by midday today!!!! the rest of the day's gonna be a pain in the bum as I don't even have any water flavouring, I left it at my OH's which is a couple hours away.

Water, water, water!

it would be a ss+ day if you had the small meal (say chicken and 2 tbs of veg) or an extra pack...

hot drinks? do you like those..
i always find they fill me up... Boullion (like the veg water flavor)

I was going to say I am a 4 pack a day lady and am sure it would do you no harm to have an extra pack for one day.

I have just had a cup of Boullion when I got home from swimming, very nice yum! x

ooh good thinking, i don't have any boullion but i may have some mint tea!! thanks for the advice - if that doesn't work, i'll do ss+ and have an extra shake (i won't have any food else i won't stop!)
