What are peoples opinions on this raspberry ketone fat burning pills????
sounds to good to be true to me

I'm in the 'load of BS' camp. Not heard of them so just had a google, it's like when they said that chili helps you lose weight because it speeds up your metabolism. Perhaps it does minutely but these tablets will probably come with a 'diet' sheet saying to only eat specific foods and exercise for an hour a day... In reality with things like this it's the diet + exercise that leads to the weight loss. The closest to a magic cure for being overweight is a VLCD I think!

ohh no im not going to buy them, just read a story about adele taking them with before and after pics, theres no way you can loose 3 stone by taking a pill.
