hi, im on optislim, i havent been on it for a month yet. just less thatn 2 weeks....

i lose an average of 1lb a week, but i dont have much body fat left to lose so id iamgine if you have alot then you would lose so much more than me.

the shakes taste reallllly nice too! caramel is delicious
