Hi all. I have been doing SW for 3weeks now following EE, I have lost 7lbs so it is working, I just wanted to know if EE has the same results as the others?
I think you will get a lot of different answers to that question. In theory all 3 plans give the same results but many people find in practice that some pans suit them better than others. I find that green and EE are fine for me and provide the same results but original I can barely stick to for a day so for me it just does not work but then i don't eat much meat and love fruit and veg.
As Derbynanny says, there will be lots of different answers to this one. Extra Easy just doesn't do it for me, loss is very very slow though I find the weight comes off better when I follow Red days. I think restricting carbs works for me.
So now I follow a pattern of Red days on weekdays, with Extra Easy at weekend to give me a little bit of flexibility (I AM a bit of a carnivore )
