select User CP in the menu at the top and then select Edit details - this allows you to add your details such as Height and Weight etc

Don't know about pictures - hence I don't have one !!! LOL

In the "User CP" menu, there is an option for Edit Avatar. You have to have posted a certain number of posts to be able to do it.
