This may be a really stupid question....but I have been drinking black coffee from a krups Docle Gusto machine. And i was just checking the ingedients of the classico coffee and it say this:

Energy778 kJ
186 kcal4 kJ
1 kcal (GDA <1%)Protein8 g0,1 g
GDA <1%Carbohydrate

of which sugars0,1 g

0,1 gtrace
GDA <1%

GDA <1%Fat

of which saturates17 g

11 g0,1 g
GDA <1%
trace
GDA <1%Fibre40 g0,4 g
GDA <1%SodiumTracetrace
GDA <1%

The first figures are for 200g, and second row is per serving....

Does that mean 200g in its pod form or in its whole drink form? I'm sure if it meant in its drink form after water it would say 200ml etc?

I know instant coffee is ok, but i got this machine for christmas (god how I miss the latte's lol) and have loads of pods to use, it just worried me they might be putting something 'extra' in the pod thingy's........

4KJ -- I think you're safe. It is the KJ cals. you watch. 4 calories are not going make much of a difference. Just use the plainer coffees and artificial sweetners.

Thanks MM I think the pods only contain real coffee, but I just had a panic whether they put anything else in them. You never know what they do to make it taste so nice! :) xx

Enjoy the coffee hun
