Can Parmesan be used as a HEXa? If so, how much can I have.

    Thanks :)

Aldi do a good parmesan, I think it's about £2.50 for a block bigger than in tesco which costs about £4 iirc.

I often use Parmesan as my HEXA. Either grated on pasta, or finely shaved over a salad. It is so strong that 28g goes a very long way.

And yes, I agree, the Aldi Parmesan is very good.
